Our goal at CrossFit Bicester is to provide a fun and welcoming environment, where anyone can join our community and reach their health and fitness goals. We believe that getting fitter and healthier shouldn’t be a lonely chore, every session should be varied, enjoyable and shared with friends!
Its important to us to have a supportive community where everyone can celebrate each others success. we want every single member’s hour in the gym to be the best hour of their day! Through implementing fun and varied result based training and nutrition principals and having some of the best coaches in the business, we can ensure that every member at CrossFit Bicester reaches their health fitness goals and feels part of the community.
You don’t have to be super fit to start! We want to make everyone feel welcome in our community, you will see individuals of all levels at CrossFit Bicester.
Some members will be super fit but just remember they didn’t all start that way! We teach everyone to move correctly in a productive way to prevent injury so that everyone can stay focused on reaching their goals!
We understand that everyone is different and has different goals. Some members may just be at the gym to tone up or lose weigh and some members may be there to compete professionally at a sport. Because of this we offer a variety of programs within our classes that are goal based. We will help you choose the programme that is right for you and best suited to your goals and needs!
