BEGINNERS COURSE

Beginners Course

Sign up for a 3 week beginners course that includes 6 session of group coaching where you will learn all the basic techniques and progressions that we use in our CrossFit program. The course is £50 for the 6 session but you get this back off your fist months membership if you decide to sign up after the course.
